How to Get the Most Out of Each Workout

When you’re short on time, it’s tempting to rush through your workout. But by breaking down your routine into smaller chunks, you can fit a lot more activity into your day. The key is finding a healthy way to split up your workouts. For example, if you normally run for 30 minutes at 6:00 am, try jogging for 10 minutes at 5:30 am and then running again later in the evening at 6:00 pm. You’ll still be able to get all of your fitness goals met and sneak in an extra workout during a part of your day when you might otherwise have been sitting around or simply gone without moving.

These workouts are designed for you to get a great workout in just 15 minutes. They are also downloadable via Mp3 and Mp4 for maximum accessibility. The workouts feature some high intensity, muscle burning exercises that will push your body to exhaustion (in a good way). With some of these workouts it may only take 10 minutes or less for you to feel like you have reached your limit, so make sure that if you are planning on trying one of these out that you don’t start them unless you really do have somewhere close by where you can lay down or sit down while doing them. You might want to check out a full-on routine first before attempting any of these exercises in an effort to avoid injury.


15Minutes4Me (also known as 15 Minutes for Me) is a podcast where experts of all sorts talk about their lives and give tips and advice to listeners. The show was created by Michael Hyatt, a former CEO of Thomas Nelson Publishers. The show debuted in January 2014 with hosts Joe Friel, Brad Feld, and Marc Lesser. This format has since changed from solo shows featuring each host to interviews with one or two other hosts per episode.
