Step 1: Go to Happymod
Happymod is an open source content management system that can run in almost any web server. The site offers a download for most of its distribution. To start, you’ll need to visit Happymod and choose your language from one of its six options (English, French, German, Dutch, Russian or Turkish). Click through until you reach Downloads and scroll down until you see a Portable Distribution link.
Step 2: Click on Download

Once there, click on Add to Chrome. Happymod will be added and you’ll see a new icon near your address bar. As an added bonus, if you are using Gmail on mobile or desktop then you can view all of your Happymods directly from Google Hangouts!
Step 3: Scroll Down and Click on License Agreement
Happymod uses an online app store. This means that Happymod isn’t freely available for download; you need to agree to a license agreement before downloading it. You will find a link titled License Agreement at the bottom of happymod’s homepage. Once you click on it, you will be directed to another page where you can view and agree with a user license agreement (basically, terms and conditions). As with most legal documents, these are long, complicated and intimidating when taken out of context—but they boil down to one very simple question: Are you cool with happymod being downloaded onto your machine? If so, hit agree and let’s continue!
Step 4: Read, Agree and Accept
Read, Agree and Accept. Happymod is released under a zlib/libpng-style license. Get it? Yeah. We hope so. It means you can do whatever you want with Happymod. You don’t have to ask us for permission or anything like that. It’s free software, man! The only thing we ask in return is that if you are going to redistribute Happymod or something based on it, you make sure that people can get Happymod at no cost by themselves. If they can’t get Happymod freely then what’s the point of them using your program? So please keep it in mind when distributing your programs that contain Happymod or parts of it (such as plugins).
Step 5: Choose the Type of License
There are many different types of licensing options available for commercial use. Some, like Free Commercial Use or Limited Commercial Use allow your project to be used by as many people as you want and for a wide variety of uses. Others, like Standard Royalty-Free License or Extended Royalty-Free License restrict your use a little more. If you’re just looking for a good starting point, go with Standard Royalty-Free License.
Step 6: Fill Out all Information Necessary
There are three buttons that you need to fill out on every post. The title and tags should be self-explanatory, but there is a description box as well. The description box allows you to add your own personal touch and give information about what your post is about. It’s good practice to make sure each of these three boxes has some information in it before publishing. As you get more familiar with how WordPress works, you can take out certain things such as certain descriptions in the search engine optimization aspect of things. This is because WordPress automatically fills in parts of it for you, making it unnecessary for most users if you know what tags and categories are important at least for now.
Step 7: Confirm Purchase
To confirm your purchase, click on Buy Now at right. You will be directed to our secure server where you can enter your credit card information and add a note to us if you wish.
